**About the role** - this exciting role will include:

- Delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience for learners that enables them to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete their Apprenticeship Standard and vocational qualifications.
- Teaching and preparing learners for End Point Assessment, utilising teaching and coaching methods in accordance with the National Standards and Awarding Body requirements.
- Delivering an excellent level of support to your learners, working closely with childcare providers to ensure training provision aligns with business needs. will be expected to meet organisational targets for qualification achievement rates.
- The need to coordinate teaching, appointments, admin duties and keep up to date with the latest policies and procedures.

**Essential Qualifications you will need**:

- A1 Award or equivalent, NVQ L3+ qualification (or equivalent) in childcare.
- Recognised teaching qualification - at least Level 3 e.g., AET, PTTLS or equivalent
- Previous teaching experience within the childcare sector.

**Qualities that will make you stand out**:

- Self-awareness and the desire for continuous professional development
- A good work ethic, being a team player and someone who has a positive attitude and personable approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an assured and articulate presenter. Good attention to detail and be IT literate.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills; the ability to multi-task, have effective time-management skills and work to tight deadlines, being able to prioritise when under pressure.
- To excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and establish credibility and experience interfacing with senior team members.
