Our client based in Bath City Centre is currently recruiting for a Caretaker to assist with there summer cleans / building upkeep.

Duties will include:

- Cleaning reception areas.
- General Maintenance fixes (Door Handles, Switches, Flat Pack)
- Resealing Bathrooms, Kitchens.
- Assisting in room cleans for short term letings
- Car Park and surrounding Areas.
- Communal Areas.
- Bathrooms / Kitchens.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
