Curo, Bath, is recruiting for a Cleaner/Caretaker to join our friendly and dedicated Estate Services team.
The role of our Cleaner/Caretaker will ensure that the residential communal areas of our properties, empty homes & open spaces reflect our ambition to provide great properties and places for our customers.
**Key Duties include**:
Cleaning: Perform scheduled cleaning of communal areas to maintain a hygienic, clean, and presentable condition.
Clearance: Take care of litter bins, handle fly-tipped waste, and address green matter (weeds/fallen leaves) as needed.
Repairs: Assist in minor building repair and maintenance tasks in communal and estate areas, contributing to the upkeep of our properties.
Health and Safety: Report any concerns related to health and safety, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

**More about you**
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality cleaning, clearance, maintenance services and minor repairs, within a customer facing role.
You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring communal services are carried out to a high standard.
We are keen to develop our colleagues**, so we can train you to do a **range of minor building repair and maintenance tasks** to our communal and estate areas
You will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same
**When and where you'll be doing it**
You will largely be required to across our estates, travelling between locations, however on occasion, the reporting office will be The Maltings on Lower Bristol Road.
You will be able to work a flexible working week up to 37 hours, Monday to Friday, based on our customers’ needs.
