**Corporate Finance Executive**

Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our Corporate Finance team by recruiting a motivated, self-starter to fill the position of Executive within the team. Location will be Dundee/Aberdeen but will have a national remit.

Our Corporate Finance team advises on all aspects of corporate finance including Mergers & Acquisition lead advisory, due diligence and fund-raising support. Our clients range from early-stage high growth businesses to large established companies, lending institutions, private equity funders and government bodies.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the Partner and Managers in delivering high quality advice and reports for a range of clients
- Being part of a team delivering full disposal, acquisition and fund-raising engagements from start to finish
- Supporting the Managers in preparing financial due diligence reports for Partner review
- Preparation of financial models, business plans, valuations and other business advisory projects
- Developing new business for the team through internal and external networking
- Assisting in the ongoing development of department process and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Be a graduate or part qualified (CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Not require to have any direct corporate finance experience but have an interest in and aptitude for corporate finance work
- Have excellent Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
- Be proficient at Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have an eye for detail
- Be willing to take part in marketing and business development activities and desire to build a network of contacts
- Have excellent technical knowledge and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and CPD
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and be able, and willing, to take ownership for their work
- Be a strong team player and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
