**_ “Being a part of the community rehabilitation team is a very rewarding and varied job. I really enjoy being able to build relationships with our residents, enabling me to support them through difficult but also exciting and new experiences. I love that we can get involved with activities in the house such as communal meals and games nights, which gives the role a nice balance. It’s a pleasure to work with people and see them grow their confidence, discover their passions and develop their skills.”_**
