- 1 full time Recovery Navigator/ Peer Recovery Navigator (part-time hours will be considered)
- Location: Team based at Brunswick Square, Bristol
- We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Peer/ Recovery Navigator in our new area of work.
- You will work as part of a wider rehabilitation multi-disciplinary/ multi-agency team delivering a range of interventions, ensuring that services are tailored to individual’s cultural and social needs.
- The post is part of the Bristol Community Rehabilitation Service and this role will be focussed on working with people from across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire who are currently admitted to Out of Area (OAP) rehabilitation placements and returning to their home localities from these placements.
- The Community Rehabilitation Team includes a wide range of skilled and highly motivated staff including Peer Workers, Recovery Navigators, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, a Social Worker, a Consultant Psychiatrist, and Clinical Psychologists.
- The Community Rehabilitating Service is an award winning partnership service led by mental health charity Second Step, together with women’s organisation Missing Link and Avon and Wiltshire NHS.
