The purpose of this role is to:

- To deliver a range of support, administrative services, document control and project support to the Management Team of HGSL. The role holder will also provide support for other teams at Holford as required, driven by business needs

Principal accountabilities (please specify in a few words and prioritize in descending order)
- To provide administrative services to the Management team of HGSL. In particular to arrange, coordinate and manage diary, meetings, conference calls and management meetings as well as coordinating briefing notes in advance of meetings, summaries of invoiced costs and managing electronic information.
- To plan, book and communicate all travel and hotel requirements for the EGS UK team, ensuring full consideration of the cost and logistics
- Provide procurement support, raise purchase requests and manage invoices using SAP for the site team
- Deliver Business Continuity coordination for the HGSL Team. Review, test and improve the systems on an ongoing basis.
- Cover Holford O&M administrative activities as necessary, including visitor management, control and reception; PPE; training; SAP support. Work as a seamless team with other Administrator.
- Provide effective document control for HGSL - including management of shared file spaces, archiving and folder structure.
- Support policy review, rollout and compliance checks.
- Full responsibility for budget, location and logistics for events, meetings, travel, accommodation etc.
- Full responsibility for document management
- Responsible for prioritising own workload and the requests of senior managers, team members, colleagues and external parties
