A progressive Cheshire based Law firm is currently looking to recruit experienced Legal Secretaries to join their friendly and supportive Property & Private Client teams on a full time basis in their Middlewich & Ellesmere Port offices.
Legal Secretary - Cheshire - You will be required to have previous relevant legal secretarial experience in any of the above fields, audio typing skills and good organisational skills.
Duties include: Produce correspondence and documents. Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch. Make appointments, arrange meetings. To attend to clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firms standards for client care.
You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing and / or private client administration processes.

**Duties**:
- Digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail where required
- Scheduling files for archiving and retrieval of files from storage
- Property and Land Registry searches
- To answer the telephones promptly, taking messages and following up where necessary in a pro-active manner
