**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure the smooth operations and be the first point of contact for building Customers, who require event or meeting facilities support
- Have a full working knowledge of all buildings across the Campus, including all Campus services and amenities (training provided)
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require

**What you bring**:

- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility that is focused to delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
- IT Literate with full competency in Outlook, MS Teams, Live Chat functionality
- Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested
