**Job Overview**
**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Working closely with the Head of Operations and Warehouse Manager ensuring correct event equipment is taken to and collected from site
- Working with the Warehouse Manager to determine status of event equipment on return from an event
- Understanding and utilization of our asset management system in liaison with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Assistant
- Quality management of all processes - status of event kit and client equipment
- Day to day health and safety management of events liaising with the Head of Operations on any gaps or any issues
- Ownership of event set up Reporting and general office administration

- A full UK valid driving license will be essential
- You must be prepared to work regular unsocial hours including, overnights away from home and at weekends as and when required
