We have been selling award-winning insurance products and services since 2004 and have an exciting portfolio of market leading brands including Avanti, Paying Too Much, Petsure, ROCK and the newest addition WAPP. **The role**:
We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge, understanding and experience working in a senior compliance role. You must have expert knowledge of the FCA including the new Consumer Duty, Insurance Distribution Directive and Advertising Standard Authority.

**The role**:

- Providing technical expertise of FCA regulations and being the “go to” expert across the business
- Designing and implementing compliance monitoring frameworks and compliance charters
- Continuous development of the Compliance team
- Ensuring the business implements a fit for purpose training needs analysis
- Work with the Head of Risk and Governance to ensure the framework meets regulatory requirements
- Reviewing regulatory policies across the FCA and Data Protection Act
- Create synergies across the different businesses and where possible implement standardised approaches
- Ensuring the company remains legal and compliant in everything it does
