Brewster Partners are working with a globally recognised client, to support them to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. The main purpose of this role is to provide management accounting and financial reporting to the internal senior finance teamand external stakeholders.

This role has the opportunity to allow you to develop within a large organisation where there will be no ceiling to get to the next level. They also offer hybrid working which is 3 days at home.

This role has become live due to internal promotion; which will be the line manager for this position. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager who will be there for support and development. This position will have 7 lines of reports, which youwill be expected to encourage them with their development.

**The Role**:

- Managing and producing monthly accounts
- Production of forecast and budgets
- Group reporting - Input and reconciliation
- Support the business with accurate MI and financial analysis
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and reviews for completeness and supporting documentation
- Ensure standard operating procedures are adequate and updated regularly
- Manage profit and loss payroll reconciliation process
- Portfolio Analysis
- Accrued revenue review and debt recovery assistance where required
- On the ground support for internal and external audits
- Provide information to support Statutory Accounts process
- Support management in the MEC/MFC process
- Ad Hoc reporting support
- Ensure information in reporting systems is accurate and timely while providing appropriate clarity in explaining balances or trends
- Management of Company Credit Cards and multisite process
- Work to drive efficiencies and improvement plans

**The individual**:

- Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Computer literate and strong IT/Excel skills.
- Continuous improvement approach to processes & systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive approach - takes ownership
- Enthusiastic approach to learning - committed to accuracy
