**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the commercial Administrator and analyst to ensure all queries have been answered and all costs have been covered to ensure billing accuracy.
- Report to the finance department to ensure smooth operation of all financial matters.
- Work closely with the poling manager to ensure any poling related queries are resolved.
- Collaborate with the Streetworks department to ensure that all aspects of traffic management have been claimed for.
- Cooperate with the operatives to ensure all work photos are uploaded to Depotnet to guarantee all works have been accounted for.
- Upload Pole surveys and work photos to their individual job files and job numbers on Depotnet.
- Draft and send off Traffic Management quotes to contractors for approval.
- Responsible for being a point of contact for G T Williams Ltd, attending to telephone calls and transferring calls to the right departments.
- Occasionally provide customer service support and resolve any queries raised by clients.
- Generate sales invoices and credit notes. Populate the retentions invoice at the beginning of every month and produce monthly work in progress reports.
- Inputting all invoices and credit note data into the Invoice tracker with speed and accuracy.
- Review all Council and Sunbelt invoices and check them against their purchase orders and trackers to confirm everything is accurate. Input all data into relevant trackers for record keeping.
- Chase the Local Authorities for any outstanding invoices relating to Traffic Management charges.

**Experience**
- Previous Administrative Experience - desirable but not essential
- Experience of using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook - Essential
- Excellent ITC and office-based skills - desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and keep calm - essential
- Good customer service skills, ability to liaise and coordinate both within the company and with other parties e.g., local authorities, client departments - essential.

**Knowledge**
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge especially Excel and Word

Basic Administration background

**Qualifications & Training**
- Full Driving License - essential.

**Salary**: From £15,600.00 per year
