**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide guidance to the business and our joint ventures on change and transformation, organisational design, which includes restructures and setting up new business areas
- Work on project teams to provide specialist HR advice and support on TUPE activities, which includes In/Out, and work effectively with key customers to ensure a smooth transition of employees into or out of the business
- Specialist HR support across the TUPE cycle
- Undertake consultation and other meetings with affected staff
- Maintain regular progress reviews on individual TUPE activities, supported as appropriate with weekly customer calls and updated documentation
- To support bid activity including production of relevant HR documentation
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers relationships, so that you can work as a trusted advisor to the business

**What you’ll bring**:

- HR experience including strong TUPE knowledge
- Experience advising on business change and transformation
- Organisational design experience
- The ability to manage a varied workload
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent judgement and decision making skills

**It would be great if you had**:

- Bid experience
- Experience working within a large and complex organisation
- A professional HR qualification at level 7 or equivalent
- MCIPD
