**Commissioning Officer - Learning Disability & Autism**

**37 Hours (flexible working considered)**

**What you can expect to be doing**:
You’ll be working with the local care market, the NHS, and our operational colleagues, making a difference by managing relationships that are critical to our success in commissioning the right support. Working collaboratively, you’ll be a part of developing high quality care services for our residents, turning commissioning initiatives into positive outcomes for individuals. You’ll utilise your partnership working and negotiation skill to ensure that finding is used to maximum effect, making a real impact in the communities we serve.

**About you**:
In all our commissioner roles, we are seeking experienced colleagues who are dynamic and hard working with a passion for making a difference. You must have demonstrable knowledge of the specific client group or specific area and be able to think creatively and innovate local services.

You will be commercially minded and be able to demonstrate good business acumen and utilise your skills to shape the local care market. A key skill is an ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the health and social care landscape.
