**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Sales Associate at Sony Electronics Store, your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and product selection.
- Providing product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**2. Sales and Merchandising**:

- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Sony products and promotions.
- Stocking and restocking shelves with merchandise.
- Keeping displays and product areas clean, organized, and attractive.
- Assisting in creating visually appealing product displays.

**3. Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the store
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a tidy sales floor.
- Dusting shelves, electronics, and other surfaces regularly.

**4. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking merchandise.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for electronics and technology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
