The Role:
As a member of the People Team, you will have the opportunity and duty to build relationships with the various business units and their people. Supported by the Head of Recruitment you will co-ordinate the task of requesting CV reviews and arranging interviews with colleagues across the business.
- About You:
At least 2 years recruitment experience in a delivery or internal role where you have built and managed relationships with external businesses.
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communications skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean searches
- A team-orientated individual who can multi-task and make decisions.
- A confident, outgoing personality who thrives when building rapport with others
- An understanding of security clearance would be a distinct advantage.
