**Your Role**:
As a Partner Hires Coordinator your day to day remit includes:
Partner Hiring Support

Amend and issue contract and new starter paperwork for partners joining the business, using standard templates.
- Manage the incoming partner through the screening process; including setting them up on our screening provider’s system, collating relevant documents such as proof of address and practising certificates, completing verification calls, and managing the process for SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) approval.
- Liaising with the incoming partners to gather the relevant documents and paperwork required
- Liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the incoming partner has a smooth onboarding experience - in particular their Day1/Week 1 arrangements
- Monitor and suggest improvements to the partner hire onboarding process
- Assist the Partner Hiring team to effectively track hiring activity and maintain information on our recruitment system
- Provide administration support for the tracking and issuing of agency terms and invoicing
- Where relevant, assist the Partner Hiring team with event planning and liaising with the marketing team to ensure marketing collateral is provided where needed.

Other
- Provide administration and onboarding support to the wider recruitment team as required and when capacity allows
- Manage the screening and onboarding of other senior hires where appropriate
- Assist the Recruitment Brand and Operations Manager with projects as required
- Assist the Recruitment Leadership Team with reporting

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience, preferably gained within a professional services industry. This would ideally include experience of screening processes
- Knowledge of HR/recruitment systems
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain professional internal relationships and provide updates where required
- Flexibility to support the wider recruitment team as required
- Ability to follow defined processes whilst being proactive
- Experience excel would be beneficial, including in generating reports
- Knowledge of Professional and Regulatory rules, laws or regulations which are relevant to the recruitment of legal employees would be beneficial.
