We have created a hiring solution specifically for early-stage startups that provides them with all the benefits of an internal talent team without the commitment to payroll. We manage their end-to-end recruitment process and deliver it using a unique delivery model that combines the most effective elements of both internal and agency recruitment, meaning we get a front-row seat to some of the most innovative tech products out there.

**The Role**:
As a Talent Partner at Your Brand Here, you will be in charge of leading our partner's recruitment experience while making sure our Recruitment team is equipped with all the knowledge they need to find best-in-class talent

You’ll manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of early-stage tech startups, supporting them from job description writing all the way through to onboarding to ensure that their recruitment process is as efficient and enjoyable to use as possible.

**The Team**:

**As a Talent Partner, you will**:

- Lead each core pillar of our recruitment product from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage all recruitment communication between our partners and the recruitment team, you are the knowledge key to our recruitment team's success
- Schedule and coordinate all partner interviews, recruitment process improvements and training sessions to make sure partners are running smoothly
- Manage all hiring data and be able to read and articulate trends to improve processes and solve problems
