**The Role**

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our experienced live streaming team, On-Air. In this role you will be responsible for the scheduling, bookings and the smooth operation of the studio and production for our events as well as coordination with and for the Film and Animation team.

As the first point of contact for general and technical inquiries from clients, you will lead conversations and bookings with suppliers and venues and be responsible for the production schedule and team calendars, including the department head’s calendar.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Identifying production requirements
- Booking and managing freelancers, conference calls and transcription services
- Request quotes from AV providers and manage communication with crew
- Managing access to our studio, office and 3rd party venues
- Completing production paperwork such as method statements and risk assessments
- Working closely with Producers to ensure all project logistics are in place
- Maintaining the production archive
- Keeping the production areas, master control room and studio tidy as well as organising and correctly handling cables and equipment
- Assisting in live webcasts and virtual events with moderation, FAQs troubleshooting for viewers, real-time slides management and polls, statistics and registrations
- Managing client expectations and reacting to client communication swiftly and professionally
- Assisting the Director of Webcasting, Producers and the Virtual Event Manager with third party bookings and inquiries from clients as well as disseminating information
- Handling production and post-production aspects such as transcripts and creating replays of live streams

**About You**
- Production experience as Production Assistant, Production co-ordinator or Production Manager
- Some knowledge of production processes and the TV and/or Film industries and their practices.
- An appetite to gain knowledge of different streaming production techniques and equipment and
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure to strict deadlines
- Confident and effective client communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders from associates to the C-suite
- Calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment; able to multi-task and troubleshoot while communicating clearly and positively with colleagues and clients
- Proven track record of effective time management
- Excellent written communication; attention to detail and diplomacy
- Be a strong team player and able to work independently
- Keen to keep learning and growing
- Ability to take responsibility
