Duties include maintaining client registers, managing correspondence, office filing, basic company secretarial compliance, managing office supplies, assisting with appointment scheduling, some basic book keeping and general office support duties as required.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
