**Your purpose**:

- Working in the Decommissioning and Waste Services business, within our Project Controls team, the primary responsibility is to produce, update and maintain the project programmes in conjunction with the respective accountable project manager and technical discipline leads in line with the project controls strategy and schedule management process.
- Responsible for ensuring on time reporting to the project and management team to display control, progress and understanding in the design, procurement and execution phases.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams to develop compliant project schedules for a wide variety of multidisciplinary projects within the Decommissioning and Waste Services business.
- Facilitate schedule updates through communication with Project Managers and discipline leads.
- Present schedule updates to stakeholders, communicating progress, changes to critical path/key milestones and highlighting any potential issues.
- Supporting to client schedule reviews (office and site-based).
- Work with Project Manager and Cost Engineers to incorporate costs and resources within schedules when required.

**What you can bring?**
- Minimum of HNC/HND or relevant experience (or for junior level studying towards).
- Knowledge and experience of planning software (Primavera P6 preferable).
- General understanding of project and programme lifecycle. (E.g., Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Decommissioning, Installation/Commissioning processes).
- Relevant experience in Project Controls and/or Project Delivery, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
- High level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills, well versed in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentational skills.
