**About the Role**
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Programme Leader to join the Hairdressing & Barbering team to provide teaching across a range of Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
As a programme lead you may also be required to teach evening sessions up to two nights per week during term time in our commercial salons.
**About you**
For this position you should be committed with a positive and approachable attitude to ensure learners meet targets and are provided with an encouraging and value driven experience. You should have a passionate and pro-active approach in delivering teaching excellence and assessment in both skills and knowledge across all levels of the hairdressing programmes. You should be an experienced hair professional with current industry knowledge, exceptional cutting and styling skills and great interpersonal skills.
We will be holding a selection process for this position on the Monday 15th July 2024
