An exciting opportunity now exists to join this dynamic team.We are seeking to employ a System Workforce Planning Lead
As a Trust we are constantly evolving and optimising our systems to support both our workforce and service users. Dynamically adapting systems and internal workflows to meet the demands of both local and national healthcare demands presents many unique challenges.
The role of System Workforce Planning Lead will be employed by Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust and will work collaboratively and in partnership with the NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB). The role will support the strategic development of a robust workforce planning process which will bring together key stakeholders in health and social care, the community and voluntary sector organisations.
