A part time position has arisen in the Department of Student and Academic Administration (DSAA). The role holder will primarily be required to produce award documents for all University students throughout the academic year. In addition, they will be responsible for academic verification for the University’s alumni community and responding to requests from third parties. The role holder will assist with the annual graduation ceremonies and also provide support for the registration and administration of collaborative partner students.

The Department of Student & Academic Administration (DSAA) is one of the largest central services at the University and is core to its success. The Department is responsible for a diverse and wide-ranging set of critical administrative responsibilities and services across the institution, and these include: student and course management systems, timetabling, admissions, student and programme administration, academic administration, graduation, external returns and data standards, UKVI student compliance, academic standards, quality management, and partnerships.
