Reed Finance are partnered with a world-leading organisation to recruit a permanent Global O2C & Ecommerce Manager.

The organisation are linked to the University of Cambridge and currently going through an exciting period of growth. To leverage this growth, they aim to significantly expand in Ecommerce, digital and automation and require an O2C ECommerce expert to helpwith their digital transformation.

This new role will be vital in supporting the upscaling of the global transformation program within Finance. A new ERP system is being rolled out and you will be expected to play a role in this process as it relates to the O2C process.

As the Order to Cash and Ecommerce specialist, you will find best practice deliverables, enabling solutions for automation and collections process improvements.You will define and implement increasing efficiency of the end-to-end O2C process through internalefficiencies and external support.Your work will entail identifying and engaging with external providers that give us the best cloud-based solutions and supporting and working with other departments to establish a fully functioning Ecommerce pathway.

Ideally you will have a strong finance background with solid project management skills. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders to solve problems, implement solutions and drive results.

You will have a strategic mindset and will need deep knowledge of cloud-based technology, CRM, ERP systems and integrations within finance. You will have strong experience with stakeholder engagement and be able to work across multiple functions to buildinternal/external relationships across all levels.
