We are seeking a Digital Product Specialist - Webflow Expert to lead the development and maintenance of our Webflow-based website in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with UX teams to develop and implement a cohesive design system, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing our Webflow-based website
  • Working with UX teams to create and implement a company-wide design system
  • Developing reusable UI components and patterns
  • Ensuring design consistency and best practices across digital products
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers
  • Driving UX excellence and advocating for user-centered design principles

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in UX engineering with Webflow
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/frameworks
  • Experience creating and implementing design systems
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools such as Vue.js
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate designs into high-quality code
