**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**

**Payment Processing**
- Opening, processing, and funding accounts on behalf of clients, including:

- Check high value transactions to fund the accounts opened
- Recording confirmations of transactions on our systems
- Confirming to internal teams on all payments executed daily
- Communicating with banking partners regarding account openings and the execution of payments to and from them

**Platform Management**
- Uploading interest earnt to client accounts portfolio’s
- Updating platform entries to reflect deposits and withdrawals to client accounts.
- Ensuring accurate recordings of product references and dates in line with deposits
- Uploading client deposits to the platform in line with internal processes
- Managing and circulating client cheques to relevant teams

**Requirements**:
We work in an FCA-regulated environment, handling millions of pounds of client cash every day so we need bright, high-quality individuals.

Experience and skills required for the role:

- Strong analytical skills, with experience with Excel
- Able to work without supervision, focusing on the interactions between different parts of the business and our banking partners, to deliver the required outcomes
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy skills
