Role Summary



EA First Compass House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payments Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the Payments Team scale existing payments volumes and define how payments will be processed as new products are launched over the coming months.


Main Responsibilities



  • Accurately process internal transactions between virtual and transactional accounts.
  • Review reconciliations on a daily basis to align platform and client account balances.
  • Identify and rectify issues, with further root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and allocate teams' workload, adapting where requirements rise.
  • Provide weekly management information reporting to line managers.
  • Contribute to identifying process and technology changes to benefit processes, team, and bank relationships.
  • Understand and utilize MS Excel.

Ideal Candidate



We are looking for a candidate with:



  • Good knowledge of the clearing and settlement cycles for UK domestic payment schemes.
  • Experience of changes required for Financial Services firms to comply with APP rules and CoP.
