We’re looking for a **Finance Administrator** to join us at our multi-user site based in **Sherburn.** Assisting the on-site finance team with daily tasks such as the creation of financial reports, raising of purchase orders and general administrative tasks. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills.

Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, you’ll be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 to 16:30.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£26,000** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support with month end processes in line with company standards
- Deliver weekly reports in a timely, accurate manner whilst demonstrating the ability to explain any variances through analysis
- Provide support to the contract team and Finance Manager with any ad-hoc activities
- Raise sales invoices and resolving any queries ahead of time to enable payment in line with agreed terms

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience working in Finance, ideally studying AAT or equivalent would be preferred
- Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information
- A pro-active, organised, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
