**As New Homes Sales Advisor Your Role Will Involve**
- Registering potential purchasers
- Attending viewings on-site
- Dealing with offers and working to deadlines
- Sales Progression

**To Be Considered For The Role You Must Have**
- Have previous experience within New Homes
- Strong Network
- A strong background in customer service
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to close for business
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,600.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
