We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk, 30 hours per a week, Monday - Friday, between 12.00 - 18.00, £10.90 per hour.

- Driver brief and debrief
- Allocate collections and deliveries
- Taking calls and managing customer complaints
- Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM

Experience & Skills required:

- Administration skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
