Our client based in Runcorn is looking for an experienced addition to their team to start immediately

Transport Admin Clerk Working Times:
Monday to Thursday 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs
Friday 12:30hrs - 20:00hrs

Pay rates:
£11.45 per hour
42 hours minimum per week

Day to Day Duties:
As a Transport Admin Clerk you will be required to:
De-brief all HGV/3.5t Drivers
Report any issues/defects, speaking with any internal or external customers that may be affected
Provide effective administrative support for the transport office
You will be required to take inbound and outbound calls and making sure we resolve any issues quickly and efficiently
Ensure all activities are in accordance with current legislation, polices, procedures and best practices ie downloading Tachograph cards
General Administration duties

Essential Experience:
As a Transport Admin Clerk you will need to have proven transport or logístical experience, ideally within a similar role.
You will possess excellent administrative and organisational skills with a strong customer service focus.
Must hold Cat b licence and be able to driver a 3.5t Sprinter van if needed on occasions
