**Mental Health Act Administrator & Quality Administrator - Priory Hospital, Norwich**

We are hiring a 0.5 Mental Health Act Administrator & 0.5 Quality Administrator combined into a 1 FTE role.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended 2007) with top-tier administrative services.
- Punctually receive and assess documents, keeping legal timelines in check.
- Keep patients and nearest relatives informed under Section 132.
- Maintain registers, send critical letters post-detention/discharge, and seamlessly upload documentation.
- Coordinate Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Manager Reviews - from scheduling to documentation.
- Engage with external entities and participate actively in CQC visits.
