You’ll act as the champion for the Reconnect Service within out Liaison and Diversion team. You’ll be responsible for motivating and engaging with clients to navigate them through their release from the criminal justice system and onto a stable pathway.

**If you have:
- Experience of substance misuse issues, homelessness and/or a history of offending.
- Good interpersonal skills including providing sound advice and support.
- Strong emotional resilience towards challenging behaviours.
- A full UK drivers license and access to a car for work.
