**Job Description**:

- Fundraising Administrator
- Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator to join a charity based in Salisbury. This is a full time, permanent position.
- Responsibilities as a Fundraising Administrator:
- Provide support and guidance to fundraisers all the way from enquiry to carrying out their event or activities.
- Answer general enquiries from supports.
- Distribute community fundraising packs to donors who are holding local events.
- Recruit and mange volunteers, encouraging them to promote the charity.
- Organise volunteers to attend charity events.
- Work closely with the events and community fundraising team to develop strategies.
- Liaise with the donations processing finance team.
- Work with the marketing and communications team to ensure effective promotion of the charity.

Requirments:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic and collaborative work approach
- Highly organized
- Strong IT skills
- Experience working with CRM systems

The position:
- Monday to Friday. 37.5hrs per week
- Salary of £25,500 - £27,000 depending on fundraising experience- Hybrid working available
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Trip to Nepal to experience the charities work first hand
