**Job Summary**
Salisbury Hospice Charity is seeking a talented Supporter Services Fundraising Administrator to deliver exceptional support to our fundraising team. With excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, this role will be crucial in driving forward the supporter journey, through building relationships and strengthening our network of supporters. A key element of this role will be the efficient database and administrative support for income generated by Salisbury Hospice Charity.
**Job Details**
The Supporter Services Team is a ‘one-stop shop’ for anyone engaging with Salisbury Hospice Charity.
Working closely with the Fundraising & Finance Teams, you will have overall responsibility for management of our Fundraising Database and be responsible for maintaining accurate records and carrying out daily administrative tasks which are essential to fundraising stewardship.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken, clearly communicating complex issues in an accessible style to a variety of audiences. (E)
- Familiarity with and expertise in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. (E)
- CRM Database skills. (D)
- Raiser’s Edge database skill (D)
- Excellent office skills including filing, record-keeping, prioritisation. (E)
- Understanding of donor/customer care. (E)
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure. (E)
- Good trouble shooting skills. (E)
Experience
- Experience of working within a fundraising environment. (D)
- Experience of working within a busy office environment. (D)
- Experience of working with volunteers. (D)
Attributes and abilities:
- Communicate well with staff at all levels throughout the organisation. (E)
- Communicate well with an external audience including hospice staff, volunteers and the general public. (E)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
