**Customer Accounts Specialist**

**Salary: £** **19.55 Per Hour (Umbrella)**

**Full Time (37 hours per week)**

**Role Purpose**:
To provide effective and efficient customer account management with the overall objective to reduce arrears, maximise the collection of income and sustain tenancies for our client.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage low level account collection for rent and arrears
- To call customers in relation to their rent account, in order to collect payments, set up pay arrangements
- To manage the direct debits process
- To undertake administration duties relating to customer accounts
- To undertake the collection of debts in accordance with our clients income collection policies and procedures, working with other staff to collectively meet objectives
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as required
- To ensure compliance with our clients Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety policies and general Data Protection Regulations
