Huntswood is looking for experienced customer service professionals with experience of working within retail banking.

As a Banking Customer Service Consultant your role will be to deliver a superior customer service and deal with customers in a professional manner to make sure their customer journey is as smooth as possible.

Taking calls from customers you will be handling them in a professional manner with supporting them with their banking products or answering questions about previous enquiries. You will encounter all types of customers on the phone, and you will need touse your existing skills and experience to provide an excellent level of customer service and make the customers call journey as smooth as possible

The types of queries you will be dealing with means that this service needs to be available most of the time, therefore as a Customer Service Consultant you must be available to work rotational shifts between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Sunday.

**Location**: Working from home

**Rate**:£150 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

**Start Date**:January 2023 start

**Shift**:Rotational shifts between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 11pm

**Duration**:till June 2023

**As a Banking Customer Service Consultant, you will have**:

- Experience working within a customer service role in the financial services sector, ideally retail banking
- A talent for understanding what customers need and the best way to support them during and after the call
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Ability to solve problems and get the answers customers need
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through several in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
