The team work to a pre-published rota which includes 08:00-16:00 and 07:30-15:30 shifts. We are currently working a hybrid working pattern of 2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office, which the Trust holds the right to change in the future. Any contract offered is not a working from home contract.

The work base is at Lotus House, Victoria Street in Northampton; however, there may be opportunities to work at other locations with specific teams.

You must have excellent computer skills, good organisational and communication skills; have the ability to work effectively and proactively as part of a team and under your own initiative and cope well under pressure.

Main duties include, incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, cancelling appointments, registering referrals on to our S1 clinical system, triaging referrals, overall referral management and outgoing and incoming post

The service is open Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00 and you will be expected to work on a flexible rotational basis.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
