Primary Key Responsibilities Support the Network Manager in the day-to-day operations of the PCN, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities. Act as main point of contact for ARRS staff and practices in relation to ARRS staff activity, performance, and welfare. Providing leadership and guidance to all ARRS staff ensuring that they always adhere to policy and procedure. Develop, collate & contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews: this may include preparing and completing action plans.

Overseeing operational achievement against PCN contractual targets including IIF achievement and ensure mandatory requirements met. Implementing systems to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards for all ARRS activities. Develop, maintain and deploy operational policies and procedures to underpin operational performance and compliance. Organising, overseeing & deploy the staff induction programme.

Implementing and embedding an effective PCN and staff development plan for all staff (clinical and administrative) whilst maintaining robust training records Manage ARRS staff annual leave requests, ensuring appropriate operational cover in place. Support all members of the team with their development of EMIS skills and knowledge. Analyse and improve organisational process and workflow. This may include employee space requirements, rotas, staff deployment and equipment management.

Actively encouraging and promoting the use of patient online services Updating and acting as the focal point for the PCN website and social media sites Reviewing and updating clinical templates ensuring they relate to current practice. Ensuring the staff implement the PCN wide approach to the management of all patient services matters. Utilise population health intelligence to proactively identify and support service delivery to practice patients and drive developments to services.
