An exciting opportunity to make a real difference as a member of the Adult Social Care Project Management Office delivering a new exciting transformation programme As a PMO support officer you will be working to support the City Council’s Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team and its core business of co-coordinating, monitoring and supporting the delivery of complex programmes, projects and other strategic and enabling work streams across the transformation portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and reporting on progress, resources & finance/costings.
- Contribution to the drafting of specifications, policies and processes.
- Overseeing project stages, mitigating risks and solving issues.
- Providing critical input at all stages of the project to inform task and direction.
- Undertaking quality assurance through collation of data, auditing or compliance checks.
- Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team.
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Updating project records and documentation.
