**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Are you ready to take on a thrilling challenge in the automotive industry? We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Distribution Quality Controller to join our prestigious Finished Vehicle Distribution department at Jaguar Land Rover.

As a Distribution Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle is delivered to retailers across 100’s of markets worldwide in a timely and efficient manner, whilst maintaining the highest build quality levels. You will work closely with our global suppliers, managing our operations and developing our current and future distribution strategy to deliver a premium service to our markets, retailers, and customers worldwide.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The key deliverable for Distribution Quality is to maintain Plant Quality standards throughout the global distribution chain, across all modes of transport, to the final delivery point. As a Distribution Quality Controller, you will be at the forefront of managing our operations and supplier base, as well as developing our current and future distribution strategy, to ensure we deliver a Customer First service to our markets, retailers, and customers worldwide.

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to demonstrate initiative and a passion for excellence. You will need to develop strong relationships through regular interaction across various JLR departments and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered damage-free to global retailers.

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Background in the Automotive Industry (within an OEM or Supplier)
- Good technical knowledge of automotive vehicle systems
- Experience of problem solving and an ability to close issues
- Ability to quickly understand and challenge processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work individually or as part of a multi-functional team and to work both strategically and at a detailed level
