Credit Controller. Hybrid working. Permanent role. Up to £27,000 per annum + 10% bonus. Solihull.

Your new companyA large tech organisation based in Solihull is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for your own ledger across the firm and report to the Credit Control Team Leader.

Your new role

  • Be in weekly contact with all overdue debtors ensuring timely collection of cash.
  • Build strong relationships with Customers purchase ledger teams to ensure efficient collection of funds and resolution of queries.
  • Allocate cash receipts to appropriate invoices on customer accounts and ensure a clean ledger.
  • Adhere to credit control processes including sending appropriate chase letters in accordance with number of days overdue.
  • Create and distribute weekly Dashboard reporting of cash collections, overdue debt, cash balances, cancellations, and credit notes in line with existing template.
  • Provide 3month cash collection forecasts

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Credit Control and be proficient in debt and revenue management systems.
  • Access Dimensions, Kashflow, QuickBooks and Sage experience would be advantageous.


Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Excel experience.
