This pivotal position of Credit Control Specialist is essential to maintaining the financial health of Page Personnel Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting debts from company debtors, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Secure On-Time Payments: Facilitate the collection of payments from customers and provide them with requested documents in a timely manner.
- Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve any customer disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Credit Collection: Daily contact with regional credit collection teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Held Orders: Identify held orders and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue and follow up with customers.
- Credit Limit Exceeded: Manage the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with the company's global credit policy.
- Payment Allocation: Allocate and clarify payments and perform account reconciliations when required.
- Pre-Due, Dunning, and Overdue Processes: Proactively manage the pre-due, dunning, and overdue processes to minimize delays and ensure timely payments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Run complex reports and provide in-depth analysis to relevant stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Payment Plans: Analyze and follow up on payment plans to ensure timely payments.
- Bad Debt Provision: Monthly analysis of the bad debt provision to identify areas for improvement.
- Third-Party Collection Agency: Liaise with the third-party collection agency to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong and efficient communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer disputes and other issues.
- Motivated and Customer-Centric: Be motivated to broaden your knowledge and experience in all aspects of Order to Cash and possess a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
