**ROLE PROFILE**

**RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR**

**Reports to: Operations Management**

**Main purpose of the role**:
You will provide an efficient and effective administrative service supporting the values of the organisation to fulfil our vision and purpose by:

- Being responsible for the recruitment administration for current and new employees.
- Taking responsibility for the prioritisation of your own work in line with defined processes and systems and in compliance with People and Performance policies and deadlines.
- Using your initiative to complete a range of administrative tasks accurately and in line with People and Performance procedures, knowing when to refer to colleagues for guidance.

**Main duties will include**:
1. Undertaking recruitment administration including:

- Draft / proofread adverts for internal and external recruitment campaigns
- Maintain recruitment and advertising trackers, liaising with managers to ensure this is kept up to date
- Liaison with managers to ensure the recruitment process is completed in a timely and legally compliant manner. (in line with Choice Support’s policies and procedures)
- Ensuring all starter pre-employment compliance checks are completed correctly - reference chasing, eligibility to work in the UK, Occupational Health clearance, processing online DBS checks and calling up references.
- Liaising with and seeking advice and guidance from the local People and

Performance team when needed
