About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants, including data entry, candidate management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
