**HR Advisor**

**Salary: 28-35k depending on experience**

**The Role**

You will be working as part of a wider HR team taking responsibility for the following:

- Recruiting and selecting new talent for the business
- Delivering and enhancing the onboarding experience
- Supporting on ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management
- Leading investigations
- Coaching Managers
- Delivering training sessions for Managers
- Preparing payroll information for the outsourced company (training will be given)
- Advising on employee benefits and liaising with external providers
- Supporting with a variety of HR projects
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Updating and maintaining HR records, producing reports using Workday and Excel (strong IT skills are important)

**Requirements**:

- Generalist HR knowledge
- CIPD level 5 or working towards (preferred but not essential)
- ER experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence and the ability to establish effective working relationships
- A genuine passion for HR and getting the best out of people
- The ability to work off your own initiative
