**Responsibility**
- Providing physical support which may include helping with feeding and personal care.
- Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
- Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks.
- Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.

**Requirements**:

- **The right to work in the UK.**
- **A minimum of 3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics/ NVQ level 2.**
- **Lives in the London/ Essex area.**
- **Previous UK experience in similar role.**
- **Practical trainings in safe medication handling and administration, Moving and handling as well as Basic life support.**
- **Access to a car/ Able to take public transport during unsociable hour**
- Care certificate (desirable)
- A genuine interest in helping people.
- Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People.
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Good listening skills.
- Good Time Management Skills.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
- Provide personal care and general support to people assessed as needing a comprehensive and flexible care service.
- You have brilliant people skills.
- A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
- Being empathetic and able to make good, positive relationships with people.
- A non-judgemental attitude regardless of a person’s needs.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
