Our client based in South East Scotland is recruiting an administrator to join their friendly Client Support Team servicing corporate and private clients. One of the top rated teams in the region providing all-round holistic planning including investment planning, trust work, inheritance tax planning and retirement options.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Preparing annual review packs
- Processing new business
- Dealing with client & planner queries
- Problem solving
- Answering phone calls

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role in the Financial Services Industry preferred
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, principally Word and Excel. Familiarity with Intelligent Office and Voyant Cashflow would be advantageous
- Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The firm encourages staff members to further their industry knowledge by writing exams for the CII and will cover the costs of the examination material and fee for the first sitting of each exam.
